Firm is now Newmark Grubb Cressy & Everett

MISHAWAKA – Grubb & Ellis/Cressy & Everett has changed its name to Newmark Grubb Cressy & Everett.

The company said an affiliation between the two firms began in 1998 when Cressy & Everett Commercial Co. entered into a partnership with Grubb & Ellis, which filed for bankruptcy in 2012. BGC Partners Inc. of New York acquired the assets of Grubb & Ellis, creating a new firm called Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.

Newmark Grubb Cressy & Everett represent 5 million square feet and 2,000 acres of commercial real estate in Indiana and Michigan.
