The Chesterton-based Northwest Indiana Forum hosted their annual Legislative Wrap-Up event May 2 featuring bipartisan legislators from Northwest Indiana.

Panelists included Senator Ed Charbonneau, Senator Rodney Pol, Representative Earl Harris, Representative Jim Pressel, Representative Hal Slager and Representative Ed Soliday.

“We are proud to provide a platform for thoughtful, bipartisan discussion that allows our members to gain insight into the decisions made at the statehouse and how they directly impact Northwest Indiana,” said Heather Ennis, Northwest Indiana Forum president and CEO, in a press release. “We appreciate the time and dedication of our legislators, and we look forward to continuing the dialogue around policies that shape our region’s future.”

Over 90 forum members attended the event. They had the opportunity to pose questions and engage in discussion with the Northwest Indiana delegation.
