SOUTH BEND – Rodney Miller has joined Schafer Gear Works Inc. as manufacturing engineer. He will be responsible for engineering support for all gear manufacturing processes.

Previously Miller worked as a manufacturing engineer at B&J Medical in Kendallville, Ind.

“Rodney brings a strong manufacturing background to Schafer Gear and will be a valuable asset in providing engineering support and process improvement on the shop floor,” said Dennis Sharp, production manager.
