LAPORTE – LaPorte Bancorp, Inc. has announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 4 cents per common share. The dividend will be paid on or about March 5 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on Feb. 22.
This represents a dividend yield of 1.8 percent based on the price per share of $8.78 at the close of markets on Jan. 22, the date on which the board approved the dividend.
