SOUTH BEND – Gibson has announced the promotion of Carolyn Kolbe to senior service specialists in the company’s property and casualty practice. She joined the insurance company in 2003.

Kim Valentiny has joined Gibson as a client manager in the employee benefits practice. She is responsible for providing marketing and service support to new and existing employee benefit clients.

Previously, Valentiny spent five years with an agency in Elkhart.
