MERRILLVILLE – Dawn Foods, which operates bakeries in Munster and Crown Point, has announced it will consolidate the two operations into a new location in the AmeriPlex at the Crossroad in Merrillville. The company said it will invest $15 million in the 120,000-square-foot production plant. Together, the Munster and Crown Point operations have 72 employees.
