Peoples Bank announces dividend

MUNSTER – NorthWest Indiana Bancorp, the parent company for Peoples Bank, has declared a third quarter dividend of 15 cents a share. It will be paid Oct. 7 to shareholders of record on Sept. 30. The company’s over-the-counter stock is trades under the symbol NWIN.OB. Peoples has 11 banking offices in Lake and Porter counties.

Vanair announces $1 million expansion
