A merger of two Region agencies has created the United Way of Northwest Indiana.
In recent weeks assorted donations of supplies and dollars have been made by residents and businesses to organizations caring for those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Merrillville-based Centier Bank donated $50,000 to United Way as part of its annual contribution campaign.
