Crown Point-based Latitude Commercial announced the addition of Rob Beardsley and Austin Abbring.
Beardsley will serve as associate broker. Abbring will serve as a maintenance technician.

Beardsley is a recent graduate specializing in finance and real estate. In his new role, Beardsley will focus on expanding the firm’s portfolio in industrial and investment properties.
Abbring has over four years of experience in maintenance. Before joining Latitude Commercial, he was employed at Demotte State Bank. Abbring managed an array of projects, including drywall repair, plumbing and electrical work. In his new role, Abbring will work to strengthen Latitude Commercial’s ability to handle work orders and maintain properties.
