Duneland Chamber to elect new board

The Chesterton-based Duneland Chamber of Commerce will host a virtual board installation meeting Jan. 14.

The Chamber’s nominating committee and secretary have proposed a slate of directors to be elected at the meeting.

The proposed board for the first term beginning January 2025 through December 2027 includes:

  • Natalie Babcock, Perfection Medical Spa
  • Jeny Burkhart, The Waxi Taxi
  • Brian Fitzpatrick, Humane Indiana
  • Mike Moreth, Simko Signs
  • Penny Schlyer, Authentic Impact Business Coaching
  • Kasie Tenbarge, First Things First Porter County
  • Raeann Trakas, Cleveland-Cliffs Inc.

The proposed board for the second term beginning January 2025 through December 2027 includes:

  • Lisa Human, CLH, CPAs & Consultants
  • Dr. Chip Pettit, Duneland School Corp.

The outgoing board members are:

  • Joe Grossbauer, Joe’s Bread (2017-2024)
  • Bob Kollar, Benjamin F. Edwards & Co. (2018-2024)
  • Suzanne Radzik, Duneland Family YMCA (2019-2024)
  • Shaun Ensign, Legacy Sign Group (2022-2024)

The board installation meeting will take place 1 to 1:30 p.m. Jan. 14 on Zoom.
