Optimal Health & Wellness changes location

Optimal Health & Wellness moved to a new location in Chesterton as of Dec. 30.

The health provider’s new address is 1575 South Calumet Rd., Chesterton.

The move represents the company’s transformation into a “one-stop shop” for health and wellness, beauty and aesthetics.

Optimal Health & Wellness integrates functional medicine with aesthetic treatments and weight loss strategies. The company was founded by Kate O'Connor in 2023.
