CROWN POINT — The University of Saint Francis has appointed Joseph M. Friona as the new Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs. Friona has over 20 years of professional and academic experience, having served most recently as the Director of Assessment Teaching and Learning at Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio. Friona has a Master of Arts in Economics and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from State University of New York at Buffalo.
