Florida-based Lazydays Holdings Inc. completes purchase of Total Value RV in Elkhart

Total Value RV in Elkhart now is officially part of the Lazydays Holdings Inc. national network of recreational vehicle dealerships.

Lazydays Holdings Inc. in a statement said it completed its acquisition of Total Value Recreational Vehicles of Indiana Inc. on Oct. 6. Brands sold by Total Value RV include Thor Motor Coach, Coachmen, Forest River and Entegra.

Total Value now will operate as Lazydays RV of Elkhart.

The Total Value RV acquisition includes real estate for an expansion of sales and services operations in Elkhart.

“We are extremely pleased to complete this acquisition and continue to execute on our geographic expansion strategy,” said William Murnane, chairman and CEO of Florida-based Lazydays. “In addition, we expect to complete construction of our newest dealership location near Nashville, Tennessee in late 2020, and continue to work a strong pipeline of expansion opportunities that includes both acquisitions and greenfields.”

Lazydays now operates nine dealerships in Florida, Colorado, Arizona, Minnesota, Tennessee, and Indiana as well as a service center near Houston.

The purchase was announced June 30. In a previous statement, Murnane said his company was honored the longtime family-owned Total Value RV would become part of the Lazydays network.

“We are honored and humbled that Hank Schrock has chosen Lazydays to shepherd his longtime family business into the future,” Murnane said in June. “The majority of the RVs Lazydays sells are manufactured in and around Elkhart; and we are very excited to become part of the Elkhart community and continue to work closely with our OEM partners.”
