Cincinnati, Ohio-based First Financial announced Feb. 5 that Chief Banking Officer Tony Stollings is retiring from the company.
Stollings has been part of the bank’s leadership team for more than 12 years.
First Financial hired Andy Hauck as commercial banking executive and Cathy Myers as consumer banking executive. Stollings will work with Hauck, Myers and the bank's leadership team to ensure a smooth transition until his retirement later this year, First Financial said in a statement.
“Tony has been an integral part of First Financial’s transformation and growth into the high-performing company that we are today,” said Archie Brown, First Financial’s president and CEO. “We are very happy for Tony and appreciate his many years of service to our company.”
Brown said Hauck and Myers bring the right mix of experience and leadership that will contribute to the bank's success.
Hauck has more than 30 years of financial experience. Hauck will focus on investments, commercial real estate, commercial banking, business capital, equipment finance and treasury management.
Hauck is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and previously worked for Fifth Third Bank and Lazear Capital Partners.
As a consumer banking executive, Myers will oversee the day-to-day operations of the consumer, business banking, wealth and mortgage banking groups.
Myers graduated with honors from West Virginia University and earned a master’s degree in business administration from Xavier University. Prior to joining First Financial Bank, she held leadership positions with U.S. Bank, Key Bank, and First National Bank of Southwestern Ohio.
