Valparaiso shopping center has new owner

VALPARAISO – Inland Real Estate Corp. has acquired Valparaiso Walk, a 137,000-square-foot shopping center at Silhavy Road and LaPorte Avenue for $21.9 million. The center is anchored by Bed Bath & Beyond, Marshalls, Best Buy and Michaels. Inland Real Estate is based in Oak Brook, Ill., and owns shopping centers throughout the Midwest.
