July 4 traffic alert issued for dunes area
PORTER – Indiana Dunes State Park along with Porter Police and Indiana Dunes Tourism have issued a traffic alert for visitors to the park over this July 4 holiday. Backups at the entrance to the park are likely, said Brandt Baughman, park manager. Peak hours to enter the park are 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
