WEST LAFAYETTE – The Purdue University Cooperative Agriculture Extension Office has announced that a group of rural communities and banks in Porter, LaPorte, Jasper and Starke counties will take part in the federal Stronger Economies Together program. MUNSTER – NorthWest Indiana Bancorp, the parent company for Peoples Bank, has declared a third quarter dividend of 15 cents a share. It will be paid Oct. 7 to shareholders of record on Sept. 30.
