Merrillville-based Centier Bank recently announced the promotion of Bryan Olund to vice president of small business banking.
In his new role as a small business banker, Olund will assist business owners with financing needs.
“I bring a positive, collaborative attitude to every working relationship,” Olund said in a press release. “I use my expertise to make thoughtful recommendations and help business owners achieve their goals — whether that’s growing their business or simplifying their financial situation.”
Olund joined Centier Bank in 2021. He previously worked in the financial industry as a commercial credit analyst and small business banker. Olund earned his bachelor's degree in finance from Indiana University.
Olund recently received the SBA Lender of the Year and Small Business Lender of the Year awards at Centier Bank. He is the board treasurer for RiverBend Cancer Services. Olund is also on the boards of CDFI Friendly South Bend and the Business Development Corp. He resides in South Bend.
Centier Bank serves 35 communities across 11 counties in Indiana. Founded in 1895, the bank has over 60 offices. Centier Bank has been ranked on Forbes’ list of Best-in-State-Banks annually from 2018 to 2023.
