The Business Academy at Indiana University Northwest will present a conversation with Dr. Jokima Hiller about keeping employees and customers happy.
Hiller, an assistant professor in the School of Business and Economics, will answer the question: “Does keeping customers happy come at the cost of making employees unhappy?”
The free small business clinic will take place from 9 to 10 a.m. Feb. 7 in the Dunes Medical/Professional Building, room 1156, on IUN's Gary campus.
