A new subsidiary of a Chicago-based architectural building enclosure firm could bring up to 112 new jobs to Porter County over the next few years.
Porter County’s Aging and Community Services’ ramp program was one of dozens across the Region that got a little extra help during the United Way’s annual Day of Caring on Aug. 9.
Porter County recently was awarded $77,000 by the federal Emergency Food and Shelter Program to support local food pantries and homeless shelter services.
