St. Mary Medical Center has announced Carolyn Croswell as the new Director of Human Resources. She served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at South Suburban College for several years and has also been successful as a Human Resources Consultant involving mergers, acquisitions and hospital turnaround initiatives.

Katherine (Kathy) Radinovic is the new Director of Finance. Radinovic is currently pursuing her Certification as a Healthcare Financial Professional and brings more than 24 years of finance and management experience, the last four years in a leadership role in healthcare. Her experience has made her an expert in financial reporting, budgeting and financial analysis, and she has worked in the manufacturing, banking, and service industries.

Sekani Williams was announced as the new Director of Engineering Services. Williams studied Biomedical Engineering at the University of Iowa, focusing on medical device design and is a board certified Clinical Engineer.
