Munster-based Katie Rose Boutique is opening a second location March 15 in Crown Point.
Community members are invited to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10 a.m. Store owner Monica Branchik will give a tour of the new space. Light refreshments will be served.
“I’m enthused about the opportunity to expand the reach of the Katie Rose brand with this second location,” Branchik said in a press release. “Hopefully, the new Katie Rose will be an exciting addition to the popularity of the downtown Crown Point destination as a shopping experience.”
Katie Rose Boutique offers designer jeans, tops, sweaters, dresses, jewelry and fashion accessories. Featured labels include Kendra Scott, Hatley, Renuar, Charlie B, NIC + ZOE, Bishop and Young, Liverpool Los Angeles and JAG.
The new store at 218 S. Main St. will be open 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sundays.
The store’s name is a tribute to Branchik’s daughters: Katelyn and Emma Rose. The store also offers private shopping experiences and a concierge service with birthday reminders, gift wrapping and customer-created wish lists.
