RJ Anderson Construction, a commercial construction and general contracting firm, has finalized a lease for a new office in Valparaiso.
The 1,500-square-foot office space is at 1608 Firestone Lane in Valparaiso. The new location will support the company’s continued growth and expansion of its general contracting operations throughout Northwest Indiana.
Julia Turner of Crown Point-based Latitude Commercial represented the tenant. Latitude Commercial facilitated the property search and lease negotiations on behalf of RJ Anderson Construction. Michael Siwietz of McColly Bennett Commercial Advantage represented the landlord.

Latitude Commercial provides commercial real estate services such as purchasing, leasing, landlord representation, tenant representation and commercial property management. The company serves Indiana and Illinois.
