Organized by the Home Builders Association of Northwest Indiana, the tour includes 19 model homes in Lake and Porter Counties.
The multi-day showcase features a selection of new model homes, newly constructed homes and recently renovated properties. The homes are open for public tours and inspection.
The homes feature a variety of floor plans, price points and neighborhood settings. Attendees can also interact with the builders, designers and real estate professionals on hand.
The Parade of Homes will take place from 12 to 5 p.m. Sept. 21 and 22 and Sept. 28 and 29. Cities where the homes are located include: Hebron, Lowell, Cedar Lake, St. John, Crown Point, Merrillville, Valparaiso, Portage and Chesterton. Learn more here.
The Home Builders Association of Northwest Indiana is a trade association based in Crown Point. The association represents over 150 members involved in home building, remodeling and multi-family construction. Its members are also involved in property management, subcontracting, design, housing finance, building products manufacturing and other aspects of residential and light commercial construction.
