California-based Marcus & Millichap recently announced the sale of the Golden Corral in Schererville.
The property sold for $4.47 million.
Sean Sharko, Austin Weisenbeck and Daniel Chumbley of Marcus & Millichap marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a Chicago real estate investment company. The buyer is an out-of-state real estate partnership. Josh Caruana, broker of record in Indiana, assisted in closing the transaction.
The Golden Corral property is located at 915 Eagle Ridge Dr. in Schererville. The 10,582-square-foot property has 300 feet of frontage along U.S. Highway 41. Built in 2006, the property is in a retail corridor with Walmart, ALDI and Lowe’s.
