Fortune's 2024 list of the top 100 Companies to Work For included Crowe LLP, which landed the 32nd spot.

The company first appeared on the list in 2018. This year is its sixth time on the list.

“Securing a spot on this list, especially at our highest rank yet, is a testament to the strong culture we strive to cultivate together here at Crowe,” said Brenda Torres, Crowe chief operating officer. “What makes this honor even more special is that it's based on feedback from our own people.”

The list was compiled from analysis of data from 1.3 million employee surveys by Great Place to Work. A half a million of those responses came from employees at Great Place To Work Certified companies, which were eligible for the 2024 list.

“This recognition speaks to our dedication to creating a workplace where every person feels valued, supported and empowered to thrive and succeed,” said Crowe CEO Mark Baer in a press release. “It’s also a testament to our people, who are truly the reason why Crowe continues to be recognized as a great place to work.”

Employees cited Crowe's willingness to accept and act on feedback from employees.

Crowe was started by Fred Crowe Sr. and Cletus Chizek in 1942 in South Bend. The company expanded into Michigan, Illinois and Ohio, and later focused on becoming a national organization. The company now has headquarters in Chicago and offers accounting, consulting and technology services. It employs more than 5,000 people.
