Survive & Thrive Counseling in Merrillville expanded its services with three new therapists.

“Our aim is to increase our ability to serve all our community’s mental health needs,” said owner Teonna Wilber in a press release.

La Tanya Jahan-Robbins, Versie McClay-Chatman and Rachael McConnell join staff members Monique Franklin and Leesa Harris.

Survive & Thrive Counseling Inc., 1457 E. 84th Place, provides counseling services for children, adolescents, adults, couples and families, including group therapy.

“Our therapists have extensive work backgrounds and specialize in issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, behavioral problems, mood disorders, parenting, family and couple issues, and more,” Wilber said.

She said they are in network with most major medical health insurance plans, including Medicaid, and have no wait list. They offer in-office and telehealth visits.
