Franciscan Physician Network expands services

The board-certified practitioners with Crown Point OB/GYN are now part of Franciscan Physician Network.

The addition of the Crown Point practice allows Franciscan Physician Network to expand its obstetric and gynecologic services. The practice will serve women from teens to past menopause.

The practice is comprised of physicians and nurse practitioners, including Dr. Nicole Cataldi, Dr. Mary Eileen McCormack and nurse practitioners Amy Marciniak and Abigail Reardon.

Dr. Cataldi attended Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Her clinical interests include general obstetric care, menopause, perimenopause, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and pelvic pain/endometriosis.

Dr. McCormack attended medical school at Midwestern University Chicago College. She completed her residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago. Her clinical interests include adolescent medicine, high-risk pregnancy, minimally invasive surgery and post-menopausal medicine.

Marciniak earned her master’s degree in nursing from Purdue University Northwest. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. Her clinical interests include preventative care, wellness and women’s health.

Reardon earned her master’s degree in nursing from Olivet Nazarene University and her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Saint Mary’s College. Her clinical interests include lactation counseling and support, preventative care, thyroid disorders and women’s health.

Franciscan Physician Network Obstetrics and Gynecology is at 800 W. Burrell Dr. in Crown Point.
