Community Healthcare renovates Munster office

Community Healthcare System moved some of its health care providers and services to renovated office space in Munster.

The six providers and services new to the 10020 Donald S. Powers Drive location include:

  • Dr. Navdeep Bhatti, cardiologist
  • Courtney Schuiteman, genetics counselor
  • Dr. Aruna Uppuluri, obstetrician/gynecologist
  • Dr. Stephanie Evanson, obstetrician/gynecologist
  • Oncology rehabilitation
  • Pelvic health

The Community Healthcare System Women’s Diagnostic Center also was renovated. It provides same-day results for mammograms. The diagnostic center also offers imaging and laboratory services.

The system has four not-for-profit hospitals: Community Hospital in Munster; St. Catherine Hospital in East Chicago; St. Mary Medical Center in Hobart; and the Community Stroke & Rehabilitation Center in Crown Point.
