IronWorkz to host entrepreneur summit

Gary-based IronWorkz Corp. and The Society of Innovators at Purdue Northwest are hosting THE Summit: An Emerging of Ideas April 25-26.

The two-day event aims to provide entrepreneurs with actionable tools, insights and resources. The event will feature programs to empower entrepreneurs at all stages.

Attendees can explore small business resources such as funding options, marketing strategies and programs to support growth and sustainability. The summit will also feature Journey Zones, tailored sessions to meet participants starting out, scaling up or maintaining their business.

The opportunity for one-on-one business coaching will also be available. Limited coaching sessions will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Main stage activities include keynote speeches and panel discussions. Keynote speakers include Dr. Jessica Houston and Jeff Hoffman.

Hoffman is a global entrepreneur, CEO, author and motivational speaker. He is known for his leadership in startups like Priceline.com and uBid.com. Houston is a speaker, bestselling author and assistant professor of social work.

The event will also feature Network Biz After Hours, an evening networking event. Attendees can enjoy light refreshments, entertainment and interactive activities.
