SOUTH BEND – Old National Bank, based in Evansville, has expanded in northern Indiana, acquiring 24 offices from the Bank of America in South Bend, Elkhart and southern Michigan.
Old National already has four offices in South Bend, Granger and Elkhart. The acquisition includes four offices in Indiana and 20 in southern Michigan, a state in which Old National is doing business for the first time.
Previously, Old National operated in Indiana, Kentucky and Illinois. It has more than $9 billion I assets and is the largest financial services holding company based in Indiana.
