VALPARAISO – Larry Galler of Larry Galler & Associates has been named the November Innovator of the Month by the Society of Innovators of Northwest Indiana.
Galler launched an innovative program called “One Year to Greatness” that helps small businesses achieve growth through group dynamics and one-on-one conversations.
The program is based on the goal of business owners to “take the next step,” said Galler. He said his program helps them do that by developing a strategic plan, understanding their mission and their values.
“Most business owners know the fundamentals, but have not taken the time to really focus on them,” said Galler.
