BURNS HARBOR – Traditions, the state’s first green-certified apartment complex, has opened. The complex was developed by In Good Company and is part of The Village, an award-winning, green housing development.
Michael Sakich, managing partner of In Good Company, said the complex received green certification from the National Association of Home Builders. The complex has 180 units.
