Chipotle Mexican Grill is opening its first location in St. John on Sept. 11.
The restaurant will feature a Chipotlane, a drive-thru lane for pick up. The new location is at 9525 Wicker Ave.
Chipotle owns and operates almost 50 locations in Indiana. Each location has about 30 jobs available, including benefits such as health insurance and a debt-free college degree program.
Chipotle Mexican Grill is based in Newport Beach, California. The company operates restaurants in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France and Germany. Chipotle Mexican Grill was founded by Steve Ells in 1993.
