HOBART – Three new upscale businesses have announced plans to locate at Southlake Mall.
Cooper’s Hawk Winery Restaurant will open in the summer in the former Ruby Tuesday location inside the mall. The restaurant will employ 125 people. The restaurant is based in Countryside, Ill.
Akira Boutique will open this spring. The high-end fashion store opened its first store in Chicago’s Bucktown neighborhood. It will be located on the upper level of the mall.
Teavana, which offers tea and tea-related gift items will open this spring. The Atlanta-based company operates 150 stores around the country. Teavana will be located on the mall’s upper level.
