HOBART – The Hobart Plan Commission has approved a site plan for a 150,000 square foot multi-tenant building at Northwind Crossings at Indiana 51 and Ridge Road.
Developer Becknell Industrial of Lyons, Ill., did not announce any potential tenants for the building. The site already has six existing building which are at capacity.
