MUNSTER – CFS Bancorp Inc., the parent company for Citizens Financial Bank, has declared a quarterly dividend of 1 cent per share of common stock. The dividend will paid on Oct. 28 to shareholders of record on Oct. 7.

The dividend is unchanged from the second quarter.

Citizens Financial Bank has assets of more than $1 billion and has a network of 22 offices in Northwest Indiana and the Chicago area.
