MUNSTER – NorthWest Indiana Bancorp, the parent company for Peoples Bank, has declared a third quarter dividend of 15 cents a share. It will be paid Oct. 7 to shareholders of record on Sept. 30. SCHERERVILLE – Ground has been broken for Residences at Deer Creek, a senior living community at Deer Creek Professional Park. The 2.4-acre site will be home to 86 private assisted living and memory care units covering 80,000 square feet. The units are expected to open in the fall 2012.
