Horizon declares 15-cent stock dividend

MICHIGAN CITY – Horizon Bancorp has raised its quarterly dividend to 15 cents a share, up from 13 cents. The dividend will be paid on Oct. 12 to shareholders of record on Sept. 28. Horizon Bancorp operates Michigan City-based Horizon Bank. Its stock is traded on the NASDAQ Global Market.
