SOUTH BEND – 1st Source Corp. has announced record earnings of $48.2 million in 2011. The bank said the financial results are 17 percent above last year, which earnings were $41.2 million. HOBART – Lincoln Solar LLC wants to set up a 10-acre solar electric-generating field on 49th Avenue in Hobart. The company previously announced it would install 6,800 solar panels on 20 acres on Grand Boulevard in Merrillville. The investment in that project is $6 million. Lincoln has an agreement with Northern Indiana Public Service Co.
