ELKHART — The state’s environmental chief and sustainability innovators from General Motors are among the government and industry leaders coming to Elkhart next month.

The Greater Elkhart Chamber’s 18th annual Environmental and Safety Conference will take place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 6 at the Lerner Theatre’s Crystal Ballroom. The event gives government officials, companies and consultants a chance to learn about best practices and innovations to improve operations.

Full-day registration is $100 for Chamber members and $140 for non-members, and the cost includes both continental breakfast and lunch. Additionally, a lunch price of $25 will be extended for individuals only able to attend Easterly’s presentation at noon.
