Lourdes Castellanos began her journalism career at WJOB Radio, as a reporter, writer, disc jockey, and anchor. After radio, she ventured into television news at WLS-TV, as a desk assistant, then moved to ABC Chicago Bureau, where she field produced for Nightline and Good Morning America, and ABC NEWSONE, as a Chicago producer. She later moved on to Towers Productions as a documentary producer and Online Producer/Manager. Through the Chicago-based company, she produced documentaries for National Geographic, Biography, History, Discovery, and Weather Channels. She left Chicago and accepted a newly created position to begin a public relations department, where she served as creative writer and project manager at Madhaus Studio, a graphic/web design boutique in Valparaiso. She later founded Creative Solutionz, offering PR/marketing, graphic/web design, and corporate events.
