Valparaiso-based Good Hospitality Services is teaming up with Beacon Hill Partners to develop a Fairfield Inn & Suites in Crown Point.

The new hotel will be adjacent to their existing Hampton Inn property in Crown Point. The hotel will feature modern rooms and suites, ergonomic workspaces and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. Flexible meeting spaces will be available for business meetings and social gatherings. The hotel will also feature a swimming pool.

An approximately 8,000-square-foot retail building is planned next to the property. The development will offer shopping and dining options.

Construction is anticipated to start in the fall of 2025.
