INDIANAPOLIS – Pollina Corporate Real Estate of Park Ridge, Ill., recently completed a study assessing the economic climate in 32 states and Indiana was rated fifth best in the U.S.
The Indiana Economic Development Corp. said Indiana’s pro-business climate was the reason, including the passage of right-to-work legislation this past session by the General Assembly.
The study also said Indiana’s workers’ compensation program and property tax cap were also factors that weighed heavily among businesses.
