Kruggel Lawton announces 2023 promotions

South Bend-based Kruggel Lawton CPAs promoted 17 employees in 2023.

The firm has grown to almost 130 employees and 18 partners since its founding in 1965. In 1975, Herm Kruggel, a South Bend native and graduate of the University of Notre Dame, invited his longtime friend Roy Lawton to join him at the firm. Kruggel's sons, Kevin and Kurt, now both work at the combined Kruggel Lawton CPAs.

“Our people are some of the most talented and experienced professionals you will find,” according to its website.

The firm has five offices, including one in Knoxville, Tennessee.
