LAPORTE – The LaPorte Hospital Foundation’s annual Healthcare Scholarship Golf Tournament on June 16 drew 144 golfers at Briar Leaf Golf Club and raised more than $38,000 for scholarships.

“The LaPorte Hospital Foundation Golf Tournament is again a success due to the caring involvement of a hard working committee chaired by board member John Leinweber,” said Maria Fruth, executive vice president and chief operating officer of the foundation. “We truly appreciate the support of many companies and individual and Briar Leaf Golf Club for their underwriting and participation.”
