LAPORTE – Workforce Health has changed its name to Indiana University Health Occupational Services.
The name change was done to “better identify a more unique brand of nationally recognized healthcare and more immediately identify the close relationship with the prestige of IU and its world-renowned IU School of Medicine,” according to an announcement from Indiana University.
IU Health Occupational Services is an affiliate of IU Health LaPorte Hospital. It provides solutions for employees to become more healthy and productive through comprehensive occupational health, ergonomic and safety initiatives, productivity management and wellness programs. It has clinics in LaPorte, Michigan City and Valparaiso.
