SOUTH BEND — Diane Stover-Hopkins, Innovation Strategy Executive at Beacon Health System in South Bend, IN, has been selected to receive the Experience Management Achievement award from Strategic Horizons LLP, a thinking studio dedicated to helping companies conceive and design new ways of adding value to their economic offerings.

They annually announce the winners of the firm's Experience Management Achievement (EMA) award, which recognizes individual accomplishment in creating new-to-the-world experience offerings and approaches.

Stover-Hopkins joined Memorial Health System in 1990 serving as the Chief Marketing Officer. In 2007 she became one of the first Chief Experience Officers in a U.S. health system. She is also co-author of the book, Wake Up and Smell the Innovation with Beacon Chief Executive Officer, Phil Newbold.
