SOUTH BEND — Diane Stover-Hopkins, Innovation Strategy Executive at Beacon Health System in South Bend, IN, has been selected to receive the Experience Management Achievement award from Strategic Horizons LLP, a thinking studio dedicated to helping companies conceive and design new ways of adding value to their economic offerings.

Stover-Hopkins joined Memorial Health System in 1990 serving as the Chief Marketing Officer. In 2007 she became one of the first Chief Experience Officers in a U.S. health system. She is also co-author of the book, Wake Up and Smell the Innovation with Beacon Chief Executive Officer, Phil Newbold.
