Former Ports of Indiana CEO presented with lifetime achievement award from national trade association

For his work to build up use of inland waterways for shipping, the Inland Rivers Ports and Terminals Inc., during its recent annual conference in Baton Rouge, La., presented its inaugural lifetime achievement award to retired Ports of Indiana CEO Rich Cooper.
