Tania Bengtsson of Gibson, a South Bend-based insurance broker, has been promoted to SME practice leader. Bengtsson will bring together four of the company’s business units, select business solutions, employee benefits, business insurance, and personal insurance into one practice. Bengtsson joined Gibson in 2004 as the director of marketing and added innovation to her title.
